Yes I understand they are technically within their rights to claim my video, I just find it a bit pathetic that
they set out physically searching Youtube for Shooting Stars memes just to manually claim them to make a few extra dollars.
Someone in the UMG office probably heard about this new "Shooting Stars" meme that was responsible for bringing them more money and plays in the first place and decided to go "Hey Bill look through Youtube and copyright every Shootings Stars meme you can find, I mean we'll probably only make a few thousand dollars, but lets just make everyone's lives more difficult. My marriage is failing Bill please you've got to help me my wife is cheating on me and my kids hate me and this is the only thing that brings me joy"
